About the Project
CoffeeBIM is a web platform for asset management and ticketing on BIM models, developed by Bimatic GmbH in Zurich. The application links IFC models directly with building assets and maintenance tickets: facility teams manage equipment, rooms and tasks in the 3D model instead of separate lists. The technical foundation is React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL and IFC.js. A live demo is freely available.
